3 in 30: Serendipity Synopsis

Back with its latest edition and the first one at MadLab's new space, it is 3 in 30. Every 2 months (or so or less), MadLab will present 3 original 10-minute plays based on a common theme. In other words, 3 plays in 30 minutes (or so). This month's theme is Serendipity. In every cycle a new theme is presented, pitches pitched and selected, plays written, directors and casts selected, and the plays rehearsed and performed. And then the cycle begins again.
Shows being presented with this edition:

Further Along the Trail by Jim Graham, directed by Andy Batt - An angel finds a new home. Melissa Bair as Gabe and Amanda Bauer as 227. This is the unofficial sequel to Graham's Along The Trail which closed the final 3in30 at MadLab's previous space in February.

Sera & Murphy by Lorinda Ostapuck -Making things turn out the way they're meant to be can make for a tough day. This is Ostapuck's debut as a playwright.
Serendipity or You're Fired by Greg McGill, directed by Greg McGill and Stephen Woosley -A couple of radio DJ's are challenged to change the topic. Greg McGill as Bobo, Stephen Woosley as The Gator, Josh Kessler as Randy. Bobo and the Gator are characters that originally appeared in 2007's Too much Christmas at MadLab.
