MORE ABOUT LISA DELLAROSSA

Lisa was born and raised in Long Island, NY. A versatile performer, she sings, dances and acts. She developed a penchant for music as a child when she first saw the musical Holiday Inn, and this grew into a passion for singing, performing and a love for all types of music. Although none of her family members were in the music business, she didn't know how, but was determined to find a way to make her dream come true of becoming a professional performer. Lisa worked hard studying classical music at Nassau Community College graduating on the Dean's List. She then received a Broadcasting degree from C.W Post College and graduated Magna Cum Laude. She started out in local charity shows and coffee shops. Soon she was singing in restaurants, festivals and private functions in New York, Pennsylvania, Ohio and Boston. She moved to South Florida in 2005 and has performed all over Florida on both the East and West coast. Lisa enjoys keeping the music of years ago alive. She loves performing Standards, Oldies, Broadway, Country, Adult Contemporary and Italian favorites by Connie Francis. Lisa's soothing vocals has been compared to the calmness of Karen Carpenter, but also packs a punch with Connie Francis and Broadway favorites. She's been dubbed a 'petite dynamo' with a "powerhouse voice, great look and personality, plus she's a real crowd pleaser!" Lisa has the power and the talent to evoke in you the emotions she feels when she performs. She recently relocated to Pennsylvania where she resides with her husband and three dogs.
