Kate Pazakis will celebrate the release of her new CD, "UNZIPPED" ~ Live at the Zipper with a CD Release Party at (le) poisson rouge on Monday, June 1st at 8pm. The party will include a short performance by Kate, who will be accompanied by Musical Director Brian J. Nash, with Maryann McSweeney on bass Ray Marchica on drums, Dan Davin on guitar & backup singers Victoria Huston-Elem & Eric Michael Krop. Broadway composer & Tony Award winner Jason Robert Brown will make a guest appearance.

Kate Pazakis' Off-Broadway credits include A Broadway Diva Christmas, Newsical & The Sexless Years. She has performed at over one hundred readings & charity benefits including The Best Little Whorehouse in Texas for the Actors Fund & has appeared on NBC's "Rockefeller Center Tree Lighting," at Carnegie Hall in Jerry Springer, the Opera & aboard Rosie O'Donnell's family cruises. Her film credits include playing herself in The Big Gay Musical. Kate also co-hosts "Mostly Sondheim" every Friday night at the Duplex.
