Celebrated cabaret performer Jamie deRoy will present AbandA, for a special evening of her Multi MAC Award-Winning Variety Show, Jamie deRoy & friends, tonight, July 1st (7PM) at New York's wonderfully-appointed cabaret hot-spot Metropolitan Room (34 West 22nd Street ~ btw. 5th & 6th Avenues).

Back from their triumphant tour of Morocco, singer/songwriters, world travelers and bon vivants Amanda Homi, David Buskin and Jake Holmes, or, as they are better known throughout North Africa, AbandA, will be bringing their unique blend of World-Folk-Rock-Jazz-Poetry to the stage. Come and enjoy their heady lyrics, cool vocal stylings, instrumental clams and somewhat witty banter. Jamie will be a special guest artist as part of the evening's festivities!

Jamie deRoy & friends, the colorful cabaret series, which has been thrilling New York City audiences for the past 21 years and serves as the basis for deRoy's award-winning cable television show, spotlights a wide variety of well-known entertainers and newcomers lighting up the cabaret, theater, and comedy worlds.
