Hotsy Totsy Burlesque's Tribute To GAME OF THRONES Returns Thursday
Every year Cherry Pitz goes a little wild getting ready for the new season of HBO's Game of Thrones and she's had to wait a long, long time for this season to start. So she's gone a little crazier than usual... this year she believes she is the Red Witch! She believes she can predict the future and promises "The Night is Dark and Full of Terrors....and also boobies!"
Hosted by Cherry Pitz and Handsome Brad, with performances by Candy Apples, Dahlia Dolorosa, Le Grand Chaton, Luna Lee, Miranda Raven, Rosie Cheeks and Venatrix. With Erika Rodgers warming up the crowd and Brief Sweat will be keeping everything neat and tidy.
George R.R. Martin's GAME OF THRONES series appeared in 1996 as a book called A Song of Ice and Fire. It later became a worldwide television sensation with the HBO series. A happy, magical land filled with fun loving people... no, wait, that's Disney. Things tend to be dark and dirty in Westeros... so join us on April 11th as we gear up for the release of the new season SIX days later.
Eleven years ago, Cherry Pitz and Joe the Shark partnered up to produce Hotsy Totsy Burlesque and it's been a fabulous ride! We play to often sold-out shows and our dedicated fans gleefully follow the soap opera that is Hotsy Totsy often declaring after each performance, "That was best show you folks have ever done!" As performers and writers we have grown as a troupe and as friends and are happy to be midway through our 11th year looking forward to the rhinestones, glitter and mayhem that 2019 shall bring!
Every month you are invited to The Home For Wayward Girls and Fallen Women. The residents of the home need money to keep their hotel open and to buy G-strings and glitter. Sadly, the shows have had their technical difficulties and in the past they have had to combat Daleks, Darth Vader, The Borg, Zombies, Network Censors, Evil from other dimensions and He Who Should Not Be Named! The ladies promise you beautiful, clothing-averse women, lots of laughs, spinning tassels, and flying underpants. So join us for Hotsy Totsy Burlesque at The Home For Wayward Girls and Fallen Women where the motto is "We've fallen, we can't get up, and we like it that way!
