GODSPELL's Morgan James Set for Dizzy's Club Coca-Cola Through 12/17

Morgan James makes her Jazz at Lincoln Center debut at Dizzy's Club Coca-Cola with an After Hours set from tonight through December 17. Performance times are Tue-Wed-Thurs at 11:00pm; and Fri and Sat at 12:45am.Dizzy's Club Coca-Cola is located on the 5th floor of Frederick P. Rose Hall, Home of Jazz at Lincoln Center, at Broadway and 60th Street, New York City.
After Hours cover charge $10. Student rates are: $5. The food and beverage minimum is $10 at the tables, $5 at the bar. Call (212) 258-9595 or visit www.jalc.org.
James will be backed up by her band Chris Fenwick (piano), David Finck (bass), Paul McGilloway (guitar), and Joe Abba (drums).
Morgan James' Broadway credits include the first-ever Broadway revival of Godspell (singing "Turn Back, O Man"), and the original casts of Frank Wildhorn's Wonderland (where she covered Alice), and The Addams Family. Regional theatre credits include leading roles at Barrington Stage Company, Paper Mill Playhouse, The O'Neill Theatre Center, and Arizona Theatre Company. She was a featured soloist in Bernstein's MASS with the Baltimore Symphony Orchestra (conducted by Marin Alsop) at Carnegie Hall and the Kennedy Center and has also sung with the Utah Symphony. With her rock n' soul band she has sold out performances at popular NY nightspots such as Birdland, Dominion, Joe's Pub, Le Poisson Rouge, and Rockwood Music Hall.
