First Folio Theatre (Mayslake Peabody Estate, 31st St. & Rt. 83) presents Jeff Award winning musical star Cory Goodrich in her first solo concerts, tonight, February 11 at 8 p.m. and Tuesday, February 12 at 8 p.m. One of Chicago's musical theater legends, Goodrich weaves a musical tapestry about life, love...and being a mom.

Cory Goodrich won a Jeff Award for her role as "Mother" in Drury Lane Theatre's acclaimed production of Ragtime. This past holiday season she starred as "Alma" in The Christmas Schooner at the Mercury Theater and recently performed in A Little Night Music at Writers' Theatre. A four-time Jeff Award nominee, she has performed in productions at Marriott Theatre, Chicago Shakespeare, Theatre at the Center, Ravinia, Candlelight and Drury Lane Theatre. She is a singer/songwriter, producer, writer, and mother of two. Her latest CD project "Season of Carols, Holiday Music to Benefit Season of Concern," debuted in November 2012.

Sales from this special fundraising concert will help fund First Folio Theatre's summer production of Cymbeline.
