BT Shea will present the next episode in his ongoing serial about the life and times of MargOH! Channing, on March 30th, 2012, at Dixon Place(161 Chrystie Street, between Rivington and Delancey, NYC) NYC's Laboratory of Performance. This bawdy tale has a cast of 3, BT Shea, Jeff Catlow-Shea and Crystal Rona Peterson. Musical Director Jarad Astin leads a 3 man combo. The evening is directed by Thom Fogarty.

MargOH! CHANNING IS TIPSY! is a deconstruction of drag, from a woman's point of view, through storytelling, song, and the one thing we all have in common, dysfunction. BT Shea combines the art form of drag with the struggle of the women who made him the fighter he is today. His MargOH! takes us on a journey of trials and tribulations, as she reminisces about her family, gay lovers, the ups and downs of her career while tackling such subjects as rape, incest, race, political correctness, the power of Liza Minelli, and most of all, survival by any means necessay. MargOH! CHANNING IS TIPSY! features MargOH!'s long time Gayiance' MAN-ee Champagne and Diamond Daiquiri as back up diva's - The MargOH!-tini's. MargOH! CHANNING IS TIPSY! is written and created by writer, comedian and performance artist BT Shea with musical direction by Jarad Astin and direction/special material by Thom Fogarty.
