Diana Huey Weaves Stories and Songs In One-Night-Only Sensible Cabaret

A Sensible Theatre Co. will present The Sensible Cabaret - once a month, every month - aiming to elevate Queer & Allied artists here in New York City. August will feature the undeniably talented Diana Huey, as she shares her journey becoming the actor, activist, and human she is now.

Huey, who toured as Ariel in Disney's The Little Mermaid, will open up about her challenges and triumphs traveling the country playing one of Disney's most iconic characters, her journey from Seattle to New York, and share how she's speaking up for diversity, inclusion, and acceptance in the arts.

Special guests include Vishal Vaidya (NYC Encores' ROAD SHOW, GROUNDHOG DAY), Lauren Molina (Broadway's ROCK OF AGES, SWEENEY TODD) and Nick Cearley (ALL SHOOK UP, PAGEANT) of The Skivvies. With Adam Bokunewicz (Boston Premiere THE VIEW UPSTAIRS), on keys.
