Broadway's N'Kenge and More Join Marymount Manhattan's 'MIDNIGHT SPECIAL' Tribute

Tonight, Monday, May 15th, 2017 at The Bowery Electric, Damn The Light Productions presents a very special evening showcasing and celebrating the students of Marymount Manhattan College's Theatre Arts Department "Pop/Rock Performance Lab."

The evening commences with a "Decades" tribute celebrating iconic artists and songs from the 1960s through the 1980s. The students will then be joined by an array of stars and musical talents from Broadway and beyond to pay tribute to one of the greatest rock n roll bands of all time "The Rolling Stones."

Special guest performances include Shannon Conley (Hedwig), Allison Guinn (On The Town, Hair), Sara King (Beautiful), and straight from Encores at City Center The Golden Apple, N'Kenge (Motown, Sondhiem on Sondhiem), Marco Argiro, Nikki B, Rob Buchwald, Christian Dryden, Adam Enright, Mike Greco, Al Mars, MaryAnne Piccolo, Strange Majik, Michael T, Danielle Tyler and Dmitry Willis. Musicians include Andee Blacksugar, Bryan Percivall, Dave Purcell, and Jaster Leon.

Student performers from Marymount Manhattan College's Musical Theatre program include Hayden Anderson, Cody Ayrer, Isabella Bucci, Javier Castellanos, Megan Hoxie, Brent Jones, Benjamin Knop, Brian Lundy, Gavin Lyall, Caroline McQuaig, Erica Melhorn, Nicole Morales and McKenna Poe.

Damn The Light Productions (Mike Greco, MaryAnne Piccolo and Steven Moore) are thrilled to announce the official release of their three new international touring tribute acts, Endless Summer: A tribute to Donna Summer starring Andromeda Turre, Tears Dry On Their Own: An Amy Winehouse Experience starring Danielle Tyler and One Moment in Time: A tribute to Whitney Houston starring N'Kenge.
