Broadway Dolls Join BROADWAY SINGS FOR JAPAN, Set for 3/28 at Dixon Place

Broadway Speaks OUT and Dixon Place are proud to present "Broadway Sings for Japan" on Monday March 28th at 7:30pm. This benefit concert for Japan earthquake and tsunami relief will be free admission with a $10 suggested donation to help out in the relief efforts.

Producer Marti Gould Cummings is proud to announce the addition of The Broadway Dolls to the evenings line up. The Broadway Dolls features Hollie Howard, Tracy Jai Edwards, Nicolette Hart, Robyn Hurder, Heather Parcells with direction by Joey Murray and choreography by Jordan Fife Hunt. Barbar Helms is the groups assistant director with Lon Hoyt as the musical director. The Broadway Dolls have an impressive 20 plus Broadway shows between them.

Nightlife and cabaret diva Marti Gould Cummings will host alongside Broadway & West End actress Lauren Elder from HAIR. The evening will enjoy performances by Meredith Patterson (42nd Street & Boston Legal), Brian Charles Rooney (Three Penny Opera), Bobby Cronin, Jordan Fife Hunt (A Chorus Line), Jenn Furman (Wicked), Tricia Tanguy, Paul Wyatt, Leasen Almquist, Michelle Dowdy, Elena Gutierrez, and more to be announced.

The benefit will be musically directed by Brad Garnder of The Addams Family.

Dixon Place is located at 161a Chrystie Street.
