Brightman, Snow, Johnson and Manolakos Come to Beechman For 'Boys'

Boys! Boys! Boys! and The Girly Show will play separate shows, September 9 and September 11, featuring an outrageous cast of up-and-coming Broadway talent, at the Laurie Beechman.
Boys! Boys! Boys!, which will be presented Sept. 9 at 9:30 PM, will feature the talents of Alex Brightman (Glory Days), Jason Michael Snow (Saved!, Xanadu) and Jay A. Johnson (A Chorus Line). The trio will be joined by Mamma Mia!'s current Sophie, Carrie Manolakos. Cabaretgoers can expect to hear selections from Darling, which features a book by B. T. Ryback and music and lyrics by Ryan Scott Oliver. Will van Dyke will be the evening's musical director.On Sept. 11, cabaret hit The Girly Show returns with Vanessa Ray (Spelling Bee), HGTV's Marriage Under Construction), Dana Steingold (Spelling Bee), Helene Yorke (Walmartopa, High School Musical, What's that Smell?), Celisse Henderson (Wicked), Natalie Weiss (North Shore Les Miz, PCLO Cats), Jessica Hershberg (Idaho! At NYMF), Jessica Waxman (MUNY's Peter Pan) and Susanne Layton (The Battery's Down). Jake Wilson (The Battery's Down, Broadway Bares) and Andrew Keenan-Bolger (Spelling Bee) direct, with Adam Wachter as Music Director. Both evenings are produced by Ryan Scott Oliver.
