On Sunday, April 14, 2013 at 7:00 PM, Randie Levine-Miller will present Broadway Showstopper Divas --"A Swell Party" at the Metropolitan Room (34 West 22nd Street) as an Actors Fund Benefit.*

The evening's theme is "The Vets and the Yets!" --Starring the best of the best-- The "vets" are Anita Gillette (Tony Award nominated) Broadway star; Jackie Hoffman, the hilarious Broadway actress/singer and cabaret comedienne ("the funniest woman in America!"); and Jan Maxwell, multiple award winning (Tony Award Nominated) Broadway star ("Follies," "The Royal Family," "Lend Me A Tenor").

The "yets" are Nora Menken, making her cabaret debut, who recently got her BFA in Musical Theater at the University of Michigan and has appeared in "A Christmas Carol" at Madison Square Garden, as well as concerts and recordings. She comes from show business royalty! Gabrielle Stravelli is a critically acclaimed vocalist who most recently performed in "Lyrics & Lyricists" Tribute to the songs of Peggy Lee at the 92nd Street Y.

Michael Lavine, Music Director is a much in demand pianist, vocal coach and performer; as well as the go-to person for not easy to find sheet music.

Randie Levine-Miller (Producer/Host) is bringing her "brand" to the Metropolitan Room for the first time. She sold out her "Showstopper Divos-- A Swell Party" at Feinstein's in 2012, after producing her Diva/Divo series at the Friars Club for many years. She's been called a modern day "hostess with the mostess" (as her audiences will attest). Randie's produced over 80 star-studded events including tributes to Charles Strouse, Marvin Hamlisch, Tovah Feldshuh, Jim Dale, Len Cariou, Tony Roberts & Lee Roy Reams. For the last 3 years, she's produced and hosted "The Best of Broadway and Cabaret Salute The Actors Temple."
