Aaron Lazar to Play Joe's Pub Tonight

Aaron Lazar will play Joe's Pub tonight at 9:30 PM, under the direction of Alexander Gemignani. Tickets are $20.

Lazar has appeared in 7 Broadway shows originating roles in A Tale of Two Cities, the world premiere of Impressionism starring Jeremy Irons and Joan Allen, the revival of Les Miserables (for which he received a Drama Desk Award nomination), and most recently, the 2010 revival of Stephen Sondheim's A Little Night Music opposite Catherine Zeta-Jones, Angela Lansbury, Bernadette Peters, and Elaine Stritch. He also starred as Fabrizio in the Tony Award winning production of The Light in the Piazza at Lincoln Center and on the 'Live from LINCOLN CENTER' telecast on PBS.

This past April, Aaron appeared in a concert staging of Stephen Sondheim's Company alongside Neil Patrick Harris, Stephen Colbert, and Patti LuPone.

Aaron’s Film/Television work includes Clint Eastwood’s film J.Edgar, The NY Philharmonic’s telecast of ‘Company’, ‘A Gifted Man’, 'Ugly Betty', 'White Collar', 'New Amsterdam', 'All My Children', The Notorious Bettie Page’, and appearances on 'The Today Show' and 'The View'. He can currently be seen as O’Brady Shaw ON the ‘Onion NEWS NETWORK’ on IFC, and this May he'll perform his solo show The Tao of Broadway at the Kennedy Center in Washington DC.
