On Monday, February 2nd at 9:30pm, performers will gather to perform A-Sides: The Songs of Anna K. Jacobs at the Laurie Beechman Theatre.

The evening will feature favorites from Anna's musicals, POP!; TEETH; HARMONY, KANSAS; and ECHO.

With performances by Broadway's Alison Cusano (A NIGHT WITH JANIS JOPLIN), Alyse Alan Louis (MAMMA MIA!), Grace McLean (NATASHA, PIERRE), Eric William Morris (MAMMA MIA!), Caesar Samayoa (SISTER ACT), and Kay Trinidad (THE LITTLE MERMAID), with Christiana Cole, Kerri George, Sam Heldt, Melody Madarasz, Jeremy Morse, and Keith Potts.

Lynne Shankel Music Directs, with Jay Mack on drums and Alden Terry on bass.

Anna K. Jacobs (Composer, Lyricist) wrote the music for POP! (Yale Rep, Pittsburgh City Theatre, Studio Theatre, etc., with Maggie-Kate Coleman), Harmony, Kansas (Diversionary Theatre, with Bill Nelson), Stella and the Moon Man (Sydney Theatre Company/Theatre of Image, with Richard Tulloch & Adrian Kelly), and the short musical Cage Match (Prospect Theatre Company, with Sam Salmond). Her work has received awards and nominations from the CT Critics Circle, San Diego Critics Circle, Helen Hayes Awards, and Helpmann Awards. Evenings of Anna's music and lyrics have been presented in concert at Ars Nova, Barrington Stage Company, NY Theatre Barn, and the Darlinghurst Theatre. Anna is currently at work on a musical adaptation of the indie horror film, Teeth, which was initially developed through Ars Nova's Uncharted program. She is also an Artist in Residence at the Musical Theatre Factory, where she is developing Echo, a three-woman reimagining of the Echo and Narcissus myth.
