Taco Bueno 'Intervention Program' Promises Free Tacos
DALLAS, TX - In celebration of National Taco Day, Taco Bueno restaurants are giving away a FREE fresh-made crispy beef or chicken taco to guests who request a free taco this Friday, October 4. Taco Bueno is promoting a better Tex-Mex experience by encouraging guests to taste the difference of real Tex-Mex made fresh.
In addition to the National Taco Day promotion, guests are encouraged to help their friends who have developed "questionable eating habits" elsewhere by sending their friends a digital invitation for their very own "Taco Intervention." Both the guest and their friends receive free tacos.
The National Taco Day giveaway and the subsequent "Taco Intervention" promotion coincide with the launch of a new Taco Bueno brand campaign. The campaign features the call to action "You deserve Tex-Mex made fresh. You deserve Bueno." The campaign introduces a new mystery character, a ranch-hand from Abilene, Texas, who will take the reins of his mighty bull and ride to the far corners of the earth in defense of "all things bueno" and to encourage those who seek a better Tex-Mex experience to try Taco Bueno.
Mystery hero delivers Tex-Mex made fresh from Taco Bueno.
"Since 1967 Taco Bueno has stayed true to authentic Tex-Mex recipes. Unlike many others, we prepare our food fresh in the kitchens of our restaurants. At Taco Bueno, we take the extra time to make our tacos to order, using lightly seasoned 100% fresh ground beef in a crispy corn shell or a soft flour tortilla, topped with fresh lettuce, tomato and real cheddar cheese. We are happy to customize our guests' orders with their choice of hand-made salsas, pico de gallo and jalapeños at no extra charge, even at the drive thru," says Jeff Carl, Chief Marketing Officer at Taco Bueno.
Fans of Taco Bueno can get their FREE taco by visiting any Taco Bueno restaurant on Friday, October 4, and asking for a "Free Taco." Then if Taco Bueno customers know of friends in need of a "taco intervention," they can get another FREE taco for their friends and themselves by visiting www.TacoIntervention.com. The offer is limited to the first 30,000 customers with one intervention per customer.
