Republic Airways Announces Date Change for Annual Shareholder Meeting

Republic Airways Holdings Inc. (RJET) announced today that it has moved the date of its Annual Shareholder Meeting to Tuesday, September 17 at 10:00 a.m. EDT. The meeting was originally scheduled for Tuesday, August 13.

The meeting will be held on the 10^th floor at the law offices of Hughes Hubbard & Reed, LLP, One Battery Park Place in New York City.
