Vienna State Opera Presents DON GIOVANNI, March 5

DON GIOVANNI will be presented at the Vienna State Opera, March 5, 2013.

Act I Don Giovanni has gone secretly to the house of the commander to his daughter Donna Anna. In the meantime, his servant Leporello in front of the home guard. Suddenly rushes out Don Giovanni. The Commendatore, Donna Anna to call for help is rushed, and is killed in battle. Too late Donna Anna's fiancé Don Ottavio: He can only afford the oath of vengeance. Don Giovanni is looking for new adventures. He approaches a woman, but must recognize that it is Donna Elvira, an abandoned mistress of him. Don Giovanni recedes and leaves Leporello to explain to the lady that she, as a register shows only one name among many is.
