![]()
Singer-songwriter Sophie Beem released her new single, "Stars" produced by 1st Klase (Sean Paul, David Guetta, Becky G, Major Lazer). Discovered and developed by Beyonce, Sophie Beem, 19, has worked with the likes of Fetty Wap, toured with Charlie Puth hit the Coachella stage and had her music featured in HBO's Insecure and Bad Moms.
"Stars" inspiration comes from what all girls dream about: Love. Faced with a long-distance relationship, Sophie experienced first-hand what it means to miss the one you love. The lyrics capture the feeling of being miles apart and no matter where you are if you're not together the world feels empty. You're not really sure if the relationship is real. Sophie emphasizes the feelings of dreaming of being together and missing each other deeply. With her own love just recently ending in heartbreak after the song was complete, the song shares the battle of emotions to stay together.
"Stars" is available on all streaming platforms. Listen to the dreamy Summer single here:
