Milwaukee-born, Brooklyn-based indie electro-funk duo French Horn Rebellion is comprised of siblings Robert Perlick-Molinari, former member of the Chicago Civic Orchestra, DJ and indie remixer du jour (Beyoncé, Sia) and David Perlick-Molinari, producer of MGMT and owner of Brooklyn studio YouTooCanWoo. The duo combine their talents and vision to make a truly distinct and modern brand of indie-funk with a reverent pop twist. Tomorrow, they will release their new album Classically Trained via Ensemble Records. The self-produced full length is currently streaming in full via Impose Magazine and boasts multi-layered pop choruses, funky bass lines, 'yacht rawk' inspiration and irresistible synth riffs. Today, PureVolume shares a video for album single "Second Opinion", directed by Dax Martinez-Vargas.

Drop Lovelorn "Second Opinion" Video

Classically Trained Out Tomorrow,
Streaming In Full via Impose

The band had this to say about the video, "In this video, we worked with our O.G. music video director-the one that made the ketchup and mustard bottle famous in 2008's 'Up All Night' and 'Broken Heart,' videos-Dax Martinez-Vargas. We're so excited to work with him now in 2016 on this one all about going from zero to hero, thanks to some brotherly love, and his professors of love (Second Opinion Squad). Sometimes you DO need a second opinion, or maybe a third, fourth or fifth. Will our lead character listen to those around him, or stay in the depths of un-cool?"

Classically Trained includes Vimeo Staff Pick Top 10 video "Foolin' Around" , along with this summer's Hype Machine staple, "Day by Day" and fan favorite "Classical Baby". Fans in New York City will have a chance to experience the band's charming funk-pop extravaganza this weekend for their album release party at Brooklyn Bazaar.
