Cover Art, Track List Unveiled for JUDY GARLAND: THE BEST OF LOST TRACKS

JSP Records has just unveiled the cover art (left), designed by Andrew Aitken of Aitken Design, and track list of the upcoming JUDY GARLAND: THE BEST OF LOST TRACKS 1929-1959.

The new CD, due for release in the fall of 2015, is based on the 2010 4-CD best-seller, LOST TRACKS, which contained 100 tracks, 55 of which had never previously been released. Like the original release, the new one has been compiled by the award-winning Judy Garland historian, Lawrence Schulman, who also wrote new liner notes. It includes Garland's 1935 Decca tests, an early film appearance, as well as radio and stage performances.

The new anthology includes not only 22 of the most memorable tracks from the original release, but also four new to CD. All of these new-to-CD tracks have been meticulously restored and remastered by the renowned audio restorer John H. Haley.

The new set was produced by John Stedman and remastered by Peter Rynston and John H. Haley.

JSP is honored to be the label behind such other Schulman-curated collections in recent years as SMILIN' THROUGH (2011), THE CARNEGIE HALL CONCERT (2012), CREATIONS (2013), and THE GARLAND VARIATIONS (2015).
