Reservations for this year's White Castle Valentine's Day dinner are as hot as the steam-grilled-on-a-bed-of-onions Original Slider and the limited seats are almost all taken. But, there are still a few left for last-minute Cravers looking for a unique Valentine's Day experience. For the first time since the event's inception, diners can now book reservations online through OpenTable.com or the OpenTable app, the world's leading provider of online restaurant reservations, making it simpler than ever to make this year's Valentine's Day plans.

This fun and unique dinner has been a popular staple for Cravers across the country for 27 years, including the infamous couple who moved to Montana and had no Castle nearby, so they drove 26 hours to their favorite Castle in Illinois to continue their annual Valentine's Day tradition. "We got back just in time to go to bed and be ready to go back to work in the morning," the couple said.

Last year, White Castle hosted nearly 26,000 people at various locations for Valentine's Day, and anticipates serving a record number of customers for this year's event.
