Boasting unparalleled views of the Pacific Ocean, Navio combines subtle coastal flavors with fresh textures and savory accompaniments to celebrate the very best the sea has to offer. This Valentine's Day - Thursday, February 14, 2019 - the celebration includes a champagne toast and four-course menu created by Chef Jason Pringle, featuring dishes such as Ahi Tuna Ribbons with mustard fruit, black sesame, and basil; Chestnut Tortellini with parsnip, black truffle, and foraged herbs; and Arctic Char with celery root, sorrel, and buckwheat.

Valentine's Day Dinner on Thursday, February 14 is $195 per person, exclusive of tax and gratuity; Seatings from 5:30 p.m. - 9:00 p.m.
