Garrick Ohlsson to Premiere Rachmaninov Piano Concerto No. 2 with Atlanta Symphony, 10/3-5

Robert Spano will lead the world premiere of the Richard Prior's ...of shadow and light... (incantations for orchestra) as part of the Atlanta Symphony's Delta Classical Series, October 3-5, 2013. Garrick Ohlsson will perform Rachmaninov's Piano Concerto No. 2.

The concert will take place Atlanta Symphony Hall, Memorial Arts Building, Woodruff Arts Center, Thursday, October 3, 2013, 8:00 p.m.; Friday, October 4, 2013, 8:00 p.m.; and Saturday, October 5, 2013, 7:30 p.m.
