New Memoir HOPE BEYOND CANCER is Released

Phyllis Kruger's motivational, inspiring and insightful new memoir details her life-altering journey of finding "Hope Beyond Cancer" (published by Partridge Africa) and beating the odds. "'Hope Beyond Cancer' describes my journey with inflammatory breast cancer and being told that I do not have three months to live." Kruger says. She shares her experience and gives information about the choice she made to follow a Holistic approach after undergoing a bilateral mastectomy with lymph removal. "As I regard my body as a temple for my journey on earth, I could not follow the traditional treatment of toxic chemotherapy and radiation."

Kruger recalls all her emotions and emphasizes the importance of understanding cancer and fighting for sanity and survival with the best quality of life possible without placing more demands on an obviously struggling immune system. She tells her readers that "I believe my experience should encourage people to never give up and to take responsibility for their own health and happiness."
