Dr. Michael Goodman today announced the release of the highly anticipated "You Want To Do What, Where?", the first major book to cover everything you ever wanted to know about genital plastic/cosmetic surgery.

Written in a practical, engaging style that is easy to follow, Dr. Goodman not only provides a detailed overview of the surgical procedures available, but also explores health and psychological issues related to vaginal reconstructive surgery.

The book, which can be found here, runs 115 pages and features numerous color photographs and short personal stories written by both patients and staff.

In addition, the prestigious Journal of Sexual Medicine will publish Dr. Goodman's "Female Genital Plastic and Cosmetic Surgery," a special tear-out "Patient Handout" for the Journal's physician and therapist readers to give to their patients in their August 2013 edition.

Widely regarded as a medical expert in the field of female genital plastic surgery and women's sexual health, Dr. Goodman practices Integrative Women's Healthcare, Menopausal and Sexual Medicine, and Genital Plastic and Cosmetic Surgery in Davis, CA.

With 40 years of surgical experience, Dr. Michael Goodman is an Associate Member of the American Academy of Cosmetic Surgery, a Fellow of ISSWSH (the International Society for the Study of Women's Sexual Health) and a Board Certified Gynecologic Surgeon. He has performed over 400 labiaplasty procedures and over 100 pelvic floor tightening surgeries. He has contributed 6 citations in the first-line medical literature, and teaches individual Master's courses to physicians from the U.S. and abroad.

Along with fellow genital plastic master surgeon, Red Alinsod MD of Laguna Beach, CA, Dr. Goodman will co-edit the first major medical textbook of cosmetic genital plastics due to be published by Wiley-Blackwell in 2014.
