Dr. Carol E. Parrish Harra Honored as a VIP Member by Strathmore's Who's Who Worldwide Publication

Dr. Carol E. Parrish Harra of Tahlequah, Oklahoma has been honored as a VIP Member for 2017 by Strathmore's Who's Who Worldwide Edition for her outstanding contributions and achievements for over 45 years in the field of religious ministry.

About Dr. Carol E. Parrish Harra
Dr. Parrish Harra is the Bishop of The Chapel of Love-Wisdom which is an international Church providing religious services. The Church also assists Ministers and church personnel. Dr. Parrish Harra provides ministry and tele-classes, utilizing her ministry experience and specialized training. To date, she has led 48 international teaching trips with students. She serves as a Bishop with Ascension Alliance for Spiritual Renewal Ministry and actively lectures on the national and international circuits concerning interfaith church efforts, world religions and personal spirituality. Dr. Parrish Harra has written 15 books. She is currently writing a series of e-books on the different aspects of love. The first book is "Love is a Promise," the second is the "Esoteric Secrets of Love, Passion and Sex." The final book in the series will be on sacred relationships. Born on January 21, 1935 in Arkansas, Dr. Parrish Harra obtained a Ph.D. from Santa Sophia Seminary in 1960. Her personal quest for spiritual awareness began when she had a near death experience at 24. She has studied with many knowledgeable teachers, in a wide range of subjects, in the field of self-realization and has traveled the world as a seeker and student of the ageless wisdom teachings. Ordained in 1971, Dr. Parrish Harra left a promising business career to devote herself to her ministry and lecture in the human potential movement. Having directed the Villa Serena community of Sarasota, Florida, for several years, she was led by spiritual guidance in 1981 to establish the community of Sparrow Hawk Village in the foothills of the Ozarks near Tahlequah, Oklahoma, where she continues to live. There she served as President of Light of Christ Community Church until 2009 and Academic Dean of Sancta Sophia Seminary until her retirement on June 1, 2010. She has served as a Pastor, Ordaining Official and Academic Dean in a seminary setting. Since then, she is busy teaching, writing and conducting seminars all over the country and has established a new ministry, Chapel of Love-Wisdom. In her spare time she enjoys writing and her pets.

Through the years, so many of Dr. Parrish Harra's students have become teachers and ministers, she is known as a "teacher of teachers."
