About the Author
Al Lipold was born on November 1, 1928. He is son of an immigrant miner. Lipold served in World War II from August 1946 to March 1948 in the United States Marine Corps. He attended John Carroll University and Cleveland State University - Cleveland Marshall Law School - and was awarded the JD Degree. He was admitted to the bar in 1955 in the State of Ohio, and was employed as a trial attorney for 28 years in the Cuyahoga County, Ohio, prosecutor's office. He also served as First Assistant Prosecutor for five years. He is a member of several veteran's and fraternal organizations and is a father of three sons and six grandchildren.
