Merrrimack Hall Performing Arts Center presents 'Yesterday & Today' for three performances on August 21st at 2PM and 7:30PM and the 22nd at 2PM. This is an all new interactive concert experience where the audience creates the playlisth for the night with their favorite Beatles' music. Tickets are $32 for adults, $30 for seniors, and $27 for groups of ten and more. Tickets may be purchase at www.merrimackhall.com.

The Mixer is Merrimack Hall's first annual fundraising party. The Mixer will be held August 20 at 7 p.m. for a groovy night of fun to raise money for the Johnny Stallings Arts Programs at Merrimack Hall: Dance Your Dreams!, Camp Merrimack, and Project UP, a newly formed performing company for teens with developmental disabilities. The event will also feature strolling performers, games and food.

Opus Nostrum Dinner Theatre Holds Oldies Dance Benefit, 7/23

There will be an oldies dance benefitting the marine life clean-up on the gulf coast is this Friday night, July 23 at the Opus Nostrum Dinner Theatre, 115 West Church Street in Headland, Alabama. The cost is $12.00 per person or, with toothbrushs donation, $10.00 per person. There will be no meal served but you may bring your own (ANYTHING) if you like. Prizes for dance contests, name that tune, and best costumes. Ray Ali will be available to teach a few dances. And a good time will be had by all. Doors will be open by 6pm and dance proper starts at 7pm. The dance will end by 10pm.
