Fred Armisen and Balthazar Getty to Guest on Showtime's HOUSE OF LIESDecember 20, 2013Saturday Night Live alum Fred Armisen and Balthazar Getty (Brothers & Sisters) will guest star in one episode each of the upcoming third season of the hit SHOWTIME comedy series HOUSE OF LIES, premiering on January 12, 2014 at 10 p.m. ET/PT on the network. Armisen will play Vincent, a neurotic owner of a company that makes a meal-replacement product, and Getty is a wealthy hedge fund owner who knows Marissa (guest star Eliza Coupe). They join previously announced guest stars Mekhi Phifer, Tip “T.I.” Harris, Daniel Stern, Griffin Dunne and Jenny Slate, among others.

SAG-AFTRA NY Local Moves to New Office, Launches New WebsiteDecember 20, 2013On Friday, Dec. 20, the union's two separate Madison Avenue offices will shut its doors for good and reopen Jan. 6 at One Lincoln Plaza, 1900 Broadway. This new space, across from Lincoln Center, will unite staff, who have been working in two locations since the March 2012 merger. Members, who have shuffled between the 260 and 360 Madison Avenue locations will now have one convenient location to conduct all their union business.

Telemundo Begins Production on Original Series CAMELIA LA TEJANADecember 19, 2013Telemundo has announced the filming of the original series “Camelia La Tejana,” a story inspired by the legendary norteño band Los Tigres del Norte's popular corrido “Contrabando y Traición.” Starring Mexican actors Sara Maldonado and Erik Hayser, along with a cast of 97 and a 200-member production team, the series is being filmed with state of the art cinematography by Campanario Entertainment for Telemundo. The storyline unfolds throughout several cities in Mexico as well as Los Angeles, California and San Antonio, Texas in the 70's. “Camelia La Tejana,” is the story of a naive woman driven to a life of crime by passion, betrayal and revenge.
