During the 8 o'clock hour, ABC's “Marvel's Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D.” grew week to week in Total Viewers (+5%) and Adults 18-49 (+11%), while spiking 25% in Adults 18-34. In its time slot, the new ABC drama more than doubled the delivery of Fox's “Glee” (2.3 million and 0.9/3) in Total Viewers (+152%) and Adults 18-49 (+122%). In addition, “S.H.I.E.L.D.” tied NBC's “The Voice” for the lead in the hour with Men 18-34 and finished as the No. 1 scripted series in its slot for its 15th-consecutive original telecast with young men.

PAN is an all-new tale about author J.M. Barrie's beloved character Peter Pan, the boy who would never grow up. Should she sign on, Mara would play Tiger Lilly in the film, which features Jackman as the villainous Blackbeard, and Hedlund as Hook. Peter Pan has yet to be cast.

The Public Theater's production of David Byrne and Alex Timbers' smash hit musical, Here Lies Love, begins performances on April 14th with an opening night set for May 1st at The Public Theater's LuEsther Hall for an open-ended commercial run. According to Deadline, Olivia Wilde has just signed on to join Bobby Cannavale in Martin Scorsese, Mick Jagger, and Terence Winter's untitled rock & roll HBO drama pilot. Scorsese, who helmed BOARDWALK EMPIRE's pilot, will direct, with Winter and George Mastras writing.

Anne Sweeney, who oversaw 18 years of tremendous growth and success of Disney's global entertainment and news properties and who helped shepherd the television industry into the digital age, today announced that she would be departing The Walt Disney Company [NYSE: DIS] in January of 2015 to pursue a career in Television Directing. Sweeney, who joined the company in 1996, is currently co-chair, Disney Media Networks and president, Disney/ABC Television Group.

Adult Swim has announced that they have greenlit a new half-hour live-action scripted comedy called Black Jesus from award-winning writer/producer, Aaron McGruder (The Boondocks, Red Tails). The show finds Jesus living in present day Compton, CA on a daily mission to spread love and kindness throughout the neighborhood with the help of his small but loyal group of downtrodden followers. The series stars newcomer Gerald 'Slink' Johnson (Grand Theft Auto V) as Black Jesus, and also stars Charlie Murphy (Are We There Yet), Corey Holcomb (The Cleveland Show), and John Witherspoon (The Boondocks, The First Family). Production has begun on the new series in Los Angeles, CA, which will premiere later this year.

FOX Sports added to its already deep MLB lineup, today announcing that former Cy Young Award winner John Smoltz and nationally renowned broadcaster Matt Vasgersian team up to call MLB games on the FOX Broadcast Network and FOX Sports 1. The announcement was made by John Entz, Executive Vice President, Production & Executive Producer, FOX Sports. Smoltz and Vasgersian join the game roster that already includes Joe Buck, Harold Reynolds and Tom Verducci, reporters Erin Andrews and Ken Rosenthal, and play-by-play announcers Kenny Albert and Thom Brennaman.

Last night's premiere of OWN's new docu-series 'Lindsay' delivered 693,184 total viewers with a .56 women 25-54 rating, .52 women 18-49 rating and .53 women 18-34 (Sunday, March 9 at 10 p.m. ET/PT). The episode posted triple-digit gains across the key demos vs. the prior six-week time period average (+178% in total viewers; +300% W25-54; +478% W18-49; +1225% W18-34). Versus one year ago, the premiere delivered double-digit ratings growth (+57% total viewers; +37% W25-54; +73% W18-49; +231% W18-34).
