Shadowmoss Entertainment in association with Respiration Films today announced that Pre-Production has begun for the horror/comedy feature film, “The Tome.”

TODAY's Hoda Kotb sat down with John Legend, Sara Bareilles, Brandon Victor Dixon and composer Andrew Lloyd Webber to talk about their live performance of "Jesus Christ Supertar Live in Concert," which attracted more than 10 million viewers. Emily Ann Hoffman's comedic animation shares the intimate story of a sexual encounter gone wrong. Having premiered at Sundance, this wonderful stop-motion animation has been selected for over twenty high profile film festivals, including the latest Palm Springs International Shortsfest and Edinburgh International Film Festival 2018.

According to Deadline, the biopic about Sammy Davis, Jr. now has been set up at Paramount Pictures, where producer Lorenzo di Bonaventura has his overall deal. The project is on the development fast track, soon to be hiring a writer and a director to make the feature film about the dancer-singer-actor-musician to becoming a reality.

Joining the all-star line-up for the 38th annual edition of PBS' A CAPITOL FOURTH, the country's longest-running live national July 4 TV tradition, are theatrical icon and triple-threat Broadway legend Chita Rivera, multi-platinum pop singer and songwriter Andy Grammer, and THE VOICE Season 14 finalist Kyla Jade.  Grammer will perform his hit "Back Home," the lead single from his Gold-certified album Magazines or Novels, on America's national Independence Day celebration.  Gospel singer Jade will open the show with a performance of the "National Anthem."

PBS announced today that THE MAYO CLINIC: FAITH - HOPE - SCIENCE, a new two-hour documentary executive-produced by Ken Burns and directed by Burns, Erik Ewers and Christopher Loren Ewers will air this fall on Tuesday, September 25 at 9 pm ET with a repeat broadcast on Wednesday, September 26 at 10 pm ET (check local listings).

Marshmello and Disney have collaborated on a special 'DuckTales'-inspired music video of the music producer/DJ's hit single 'Fly,' which will debut on SATURDAY, JUNE 23, during Disney·Pixar's 'The Incredibles' (6:00-8:00 p.m. EDT/PDT) and leading into the '2018 Radio Disney Music Awards' (RDMA) (8:00-10:00 p.m. EDT/PDT), on Disney Channel. The music video will also be available in the DisneyNOW app. A mix of animation and live-action, the music video launches Scrooge, his nephew Donald, great-nephews Huey, Dewey and Louie and their friend Webby into a musical outer space adventure. When their spaceship unexpectedly crashes, they encounter an alien DJ on a remote Marshmello planet.
