WaterTower Theatre Producing Artistic Director Terry Martin today announced the line-up for the 2013 Out of the Loop Fringe Festival, March 7-17, 2013 at the Addison Theatre and Conference Centre. Several changes highlight this year's Festival including a focus on Dallas-area artists, more performances of each show, many new artists, as well as a few returning favorites. The Festival will include, for the first time, opera, as well as dance, theatre, cabaret artists and visual arts, and a play produced by WaterTower Theatre.

Performance Network Theatre extends the Pay-What-You-Can Thursday discount to all Thursday performances during the entire run of Good People. Ten Pay-What-You-Can tickets will be made available the day of the show for each Thursday performance and will be distributed on a first-come-first-serve basis now through March 31st, 2013. Tony Nominee for Best Play in 2011, Good People is a story of a mother's reality in the 21st century in the "Southie" District of Boston. To claim Pay-What-You-Can Thursday tickets, please call the box office the day of the show at 734-663-0681 - the box office opens at 10am on Thursdays. Limit two tickets per person.

A Noise Within (ANW), the acclaimed classical repertory theatre company, presents Pulitzer Prize-finalist SARAH RUHL's critically praised play EURYDICE, directed by ANW Producing Artistic Director Geoff Elliott, opening Saturday, March 16 and closing Sunday, May 19, 2013 (previews begin Saturday, March 9). With beautifully spare and poetic imagery, Ruhl retells the classic Greek myth of Orpheus through the eyes of his new wife who plunges into the underworld and finds herself torn between deep devotion to her late father and love for her husband. The run includes a 'Pay What You Can" date on Thursday, March 14.

Amphibian Stage Productions today announced that Jaime Castañeda will direct its upcoming production of The Agony and the Ecstasy of Steve Jobs by Mike Daisey, starring Steven Young. The New York-based director graduated from Fort Worth's Texas Christian University and has directed extensively in the DFW area, most recently The Elaborate Entrance of Chad Diety by Kristoffer Diaz at Dallas Theater Center, and he returns once again to helm this regional premiere.

Sundance Institute has announced that playwright and Sundance Institute Theatre Lab alum Branden Jacobs-Jenkins will receive the first-ever Tennessee Williams Award from the Institute's Theatre Program, which supports the development of new work for the stage. Sundance Institute Emeritus Trustee Sally Field will present the honor and accompanying $10,000 grant at the Celebrate Sundance Institute benefit for its Theatre Program on April 8, 2013 at Stephan Weiss Studio in Greenwich Village.

Red Branch Company Members and area performers will present selections from all of the company's past musicals while also providing a preview of the upcoming season. Fine food and beverages will be served before the performance and between acts, and a silent auction will be held on both days to benefit the company's annual operating budget.
