The Rep's critically-acclaimed, one-of-a-kind short-play festival, Rep Lab, returns for its third season to the intimate Stiemke Studio. Featuring several distinct and different plays, and cast with The Rep's Intern Ensemble, this unique production is sure to provide an altogether new type of theatergoing experience for audiences - a night filled with laughter and tears. Rep Lab runs in The Rep's Stiemke Studio from March 1 - 4.

Silk Road Rising co-founders, Artistic Director Jamil Khoury and Executive Director Malik Gillani, launch their company's 2013 season with the world premiere of Rajiv Joseph's The Lake Effect. All performances will be presented in the company's venue in Pierce Hall at The Historic Chicago Temple Building at 77 W. Washington St. in Chicago.

Previews begin three weeks from tonight for LUCKY GUY, starring two-time Academy Award-winner Tom Hanks, in the final work by three-time Academy Award-nominee Nora Ephron and directed by two-time Tony Award-winner George C. Wolfe. Previews begin Friday, March 1 at the Broadhurst Theatre (235 West 45th Street). Opening night is Monday, April 1.

Spring Awakening, winner of eight Tony Awards including Best Musical, officially opens Olney Theatre Center's 75th Anniversary Season tomorrow night and runs through March 10, 2013.

The Peterborough Players took home seven awards at the 11th annual New Hampshire Theatre Awards ceremony held on January 26th at Pinkerton Academy's Stockbridge Theatre in Derry. Auld Lang Syne, a world premiere production, won five awards as follows: Best Production Drama/Comedy; Best Director Drama/Comedy (Gus Kaikkonen), Best Original Playwright (Jack Neary); Best Actor in a Drama/Comedy (Gordon Clapp), and Best Actress in a Drama/Comedy (Kathy Manfre from Peterborough). The 39 Steps took home two awards for Best Supporting Actor in a Drama/Comedy (Kraig Swartz) and Best Sound Designer (Benjamin Marcum).

Founded in 2004 as Active Arts Theatre for Young Audiences, ?Bay Area Children's Theatre encourages children to explore literature, language and the arts by producing stage adaptations of children's books in Berkeley and San Ramon, as well as on tour to Bay Area schools and libraries. BACT's productions feature professional adult performers working with artistic teams who understand how to make theater compelling and accessible for young audiences. The company also creates new work and mounts productions specially designed for preschool age children. BACT's active and growing Youth Education Program complements their theatrical offerings by giving children and teens performance opportunities in theater arts through classes, workshops and summer camps.

The Hartt School orchestra, under the baton of Maestro Edward Cumming, returns to The Bushnell on Saturday, March 2, at 8:00 PM, for a glorious concert featuring the music of Sharlat, Mozart, Beethoven, and Barber, concluding with Tchaikovsky's spectacular 1812 Overture. The box office for the world premiere of Tony Award winning playwright Richard Greenberg's new play, Breakfast at Tiffany's, officially opens for business at the Cort Theatre (138 W 48th Street) at 12:00 p.m. on Monday, February 11, 2013. Directed by Sean Mathias, Breakfast at Tiffany's begins preview performances on Monday, March 4, 2013 and officially opens on Wednesday, March 20, 2013. This stage adaption of Truman Capote's classic novella will star Emilia Clarke (HBO's "Game of Thrones") in the iconic role of 'Holly Golightly,' Cory Michael Smith as 'Fred,' and George Wendt as 'Joe Bell.'

The Manatee Players will offer a very full season of fourteen shows at the new Manatee Performing Arts Center located at 502 3rd Avenue West in downtown Bradenton, Florida! Just as Stanley Kubrick had KILLER'S KISS, Darren Aronofsky PI, and John Huston THE MALTESE FALCON as their first works (all of which will be screened during the festival), First Time Fest is set to discover and present the next generation of great cinema artists. The core of the festival is an exciting lineup of twelve international films - from Argentina, Australia, Belarus, Belgium, Chile, Israel, Mongolia, and the United States, all debut films by promising and provocative directors.
