The Kennedy Center presents Come Fly Away in the Eisenhower Theater from April 18-29, 2012. The show's score combines classic and newly discovered vocal performances from the Sinatra archives, along with Sinatra's signature arrangements by Nelson Riddle, Billy May and Quincy Jones, among others, and brand new charts, for this fresh innovative musical. Press night will take place on Wednesday, April 18 at 7:30 p.m.

After a debut at the 15th Annual New York International Fringe Festival, The Downtown Urban Theater Festival will present the dramatic stageplay Sammy Gets Mugged! by award-winning writer Dan Heching. The cast includes Broadway star Stephanie Pope Caffey, Fringe Award-winner Patrick Byas (both reprising their roles), and Taylor Myers. The performance will take place on March 29th at the HERE Arts Center.

The MainStreet Theatre Company will end its 6th season with an adaptation of Madeleine L'Engles' Newberry Award winning classic A Wrinkle in Time. The book is celebrating its 50th anniversary this year, and The MainStreet Theatre Company was awarded a grant from the National Endowment of the Arts to help support the production. Performances run from May 5th - May 20th at Rancho Cucamonga's Lewis Family Playhouse in the Victoria Gardens Cultural Center. The adaptation is by John Glore, and it will be directed by Robert Castro.

Cortland Repertory Theatre has received a record-breaking eight nominations for the 2011 Syracuse Area Live Theatre (SALT) Awards, which recognize outstanding achievement in Central New York theatre.
