I sit in the small field of miners who enjoy theatre. My love began when The Phantom of the Opera toured to Perth, and I dragged my new girlfriend along. Interest in one show became an interest in many, as the girlfriend became a wife.

BWW Feature: FAME: THE MUSICAL at Crown Theatre - Being able to sit in on auditions was a great deal of fun, and I gained a better understanding of the work that goes in before a show.
BWW Interview: Lucy Maunder And Stephen Anderson of CHARLIE AND THE CHOCOLATE FACTORY at Crown Theatre - To be able to interview two stars of a major show (and theatre stars in their own right) was a great experience.
BWW Review: CRAZY FOR YOU at His Majesty's Theatre - Several of the performers in this WAAPA shows have gone on (as many who watched thought they would) to greater things. WAAPA develops many stars of stage and screen, which is why I always endeavour to at least see their show piece final year performance.
Review: SIX THE MUSICAL at Crown Theatre - The way this show hit me was unlike anything I recall feeling before, and I struggled to put it into words. I fairly often see shows multiple times, however I was genuinely at a loss when the season of SIX finished locally.
