From Russia With Love features some of the best loved music from the Russian orchestral repertoire ranging from the dark and intriguing Night on a Bare Mountain, Mussorgsky’s tone poem about the Witches Sabbath through Tchaikovsky’s irresistibly beautiful Violin Concerto with its gorgeous melodies and rich harmonies to the fantastic and bewitching story of Scheherazade told through the dramatic and exotic music of Rimsky-Korsakov."
