The Listies Bring Laughter For Both Young And Old To The Hawthorn Arts Centre Australia's favourite kidult comedians, The Listies, have packed up their toilet paper guns and inflatable snot monster and are bringing Ickypedia to the Hawthorn Arts Centre on Friday 28 September.

Ickypedia is a seriously silly show that answers all of life's unimportant questions: How do you take a smellfie? What does pooetry sound like? Who is the world's worst chef? And what happens if you never- ever clean your room?

Richard Higgins and Matt Kelly are kids comedy duo The Listies. Formed in 2008, their show 'More fun than a Wii' was the first kids show ever to be nominated for the prestigious Melbourne Comedy Festival best show award (the Barry). Since then they've toured from the Sydney Opera House to South Korea, Edinburgh to Malaysia, and all over Australia.

The Listies book 'Ickypedia' was published by Penguin in 2015 (its sequel 'Ickyfoodia' came out in 2017). Recent live work includes 'Hamlet: Prince of Skidmark' (Sydney Theatre Company, dir. by Declan Greene), 'The Listies Ruin Xmas' (Sydney Opera House, Malthouse Theatre) and '6D: Twice as Good as 3D' (Melbourne Comedy Festival, Edinburgh Fringe).

Hawthorn Arts Centre presents an exciting and varied arts program and is home to performance, exhibition, workshop and events spaces. Visitors can enjoy refreshments at the Events Bar or explore Hawthorn and discover the area's culinary delights.

Tickets: $25, Groups (6+) $20, children 1 year and under free
