Dysfunctional Family Face the Truth Straight from a sell-out London season Queensland Theatre Company presents Polly Stenham's That FaceThat FaceThat FaceThat Face in its Australian premiere - a brutal, witty and honest depiction of a privileged familygoing spectacularly off the rails.

Written by Polly at 19, That Face is a multi-award winning debutfrom one of London's most exciting new playwrights. When Mia faces expulsion from her private boarding school, she turns to her older brother Henryfor help. But Henry already has his hands full desperately trying to keep their fragile motherMartha sober and sane. When their absent father Hugh flies home from overseas to apply a quickfix to the latest crisis, this fractured family must finally face a reality they have avoided far too long.

26-year-old director Nic Dorward, a recent NIDA graduate, says " That Face is a great example ofnew British writing. This very accurate, very funny portrayal of modern youth is placed in agloriously dysfunctional family setting, complete with complex, dramatic and painfully honestrenditions of modern parenting".A U30 Studio Nite will be held on 16 April during the season of That FaceThat FaceThat FaceThat Face.
