Tickets are now on sale for the strictly limited Melbourne 2017 season of THE LAST FIVE YEARS at The MC Showroom, Prahran from 21st - 26th November.

This independent collective of artists, including musicians and performers Andrew Kroenert (TPC's Jesus Christ Superstar, Brigadoon, Twisted Broadway 2017) and Katie Weston (CLOC's Jesus Christ Superstar, Godspell, The Baker Boys), helmed by director James Cutler (Stage Art's In The Heights, English National Opera's Carousel, VCA Master of Directing) and musical director by David Wisken (Goodspeed Institute of Musical Theatre, Connecticut, Matilda the Musical) have come together to present this show purely for the love of it, and without the backing of a theatre company.

This is a never seen before take on an cult favourite contemporary musical, where Kroenert and Weston will both sing and play instruments live on stage, adding a new layer to the show, literally accompanying each other on their exploration of their tumultuous relationship.

Written by Jason Robert Brown (Parade, Songs For A New World), THE LAST FIVE YEARS is an intense and emotional exposition of novelist Jamie and actress Cathy's relationship, with a cast of only two and it's unique, chronologically forward and reverse narratives.
