Ismo, The Funniest Guy From Finland, to Embark on Australian Tour

Winner of the Funniest Man in the World competition in 2014, Ismo started his comedy career in 2002 in Finland and moved to Los Angeles in 2015. He regularly sells out shows in the top comedy clubs in LA as well as headlining shows in Las Vegas. With English being his second language, his 'lost in translation' observations will have you rolling with laughter when he brings his new show to Australia in April.

He has performed at many international comedy festivals including Just For Laughs Montreal, Edinburgh Fringe Festival and the New Zealand Comedy Festival.

In his home country Finland, Ismo is a major star and a household name. His 15-year comedy career consists of numerous TV shows including his own sitcom Ismo, DVD releases all of which have received Gold and Platinum Sales Awards, touring regularly in sold-out concert halls and theatres. Most of his clips have had over one million views, from a country that has a population of only five million! Ismo has been the winner of Audience Favourite Comedian Award at the largest annual stand up festival in Finland six times! He was even invited to meet the President.

In January this year, Ismo performed on Conan O'Brien which has now had over 40 million hits!
