On last night's LATE SHOW, Comedian Chris Gethard returns to The Late Show to perform a harrowing scene from his new Off-Broadway one-man show CAREER SUICIDE, and talk to Stephen about how it went over with his dad. Watch the appearance below!

Chris Gethard: Career Suicide, a new comedy written and performed by Chris Gethard, is now playing at The Lynn Redgrave Theater, (45 Bleecker Street at the corner of Lafayette Street). The show began previews on October 5th and officially opened on October 13th.

Chris Gethard: Career Suicide is presented by director, writer, and producer Judd Apatow (Trainwreck, Knocked Up, The 40 Year Old Virgin, Bridesmaids). Apatow is producing along with Brian Stern of AGI Entertainment, Mike Lavoie, and Mike Berkowitz.

Direct from an acclaimed, sold-out run at the Edinburgh FRINGE Festival, Chris Gethard: Career Suicide is a new comedy about depression, alcoholism, suicide, and the other funniest parts of life. Chris holds nothing back as he dives into his experiences with mental illness, ethically questionable psychiatry, and finding hope in weird places... even northern New Jersey. From devastating lows to manic highs, Chris Gethard: Career Suicide is a painfully honest journey into the mind of one of the most original and exciting comics at work today.
