UCB Comedians Becky Chicoine & Evan Hoyt Thompson Star In NikoFrank Productions Short, Tasting Notes

Maggie Politi & Spiro Marcos, co-founders of NikoFrank Productions present an original comedic short "Tasting Notes" written by Cory Stonebrook. The creative duo has professionally produced 7 comedic sketches & short films featuring TV & Broadway actors.

They won the Berlin Flash Film Festival in the Super Short Comedy category & their work has been official selections in the International Online Webfest, The LA CineFest, The Audience Awards 2017 Comedy Festival, The Miami Independent Film Festival,The New York Short Film Festival (NYSFF), Austin Comedy Short Film Festival, Women's Only Entertainment Film Festival, Florida Horror Film Festival, & NY Short Film Tuesday's. Their latest sketches, "Never Have I Ever" and "Elevated Thinking" will both be screened live at The New Ohio Theatre February 3rd as part of The NY Indie Theatre Film Festival.

The comedic short is directed by Spiro Marcos, (In The Heights) and stars UCB Comedians Becky Chicoine (Girls With Brown Hair, UCB) & Evan Hoyt Thompson ("Broad City" Comedy Central). It also stars Maggie Politi ("Brainchild" Netflix) Cory Stonebrook ("Orange Is The New Black" Netflix), Michael Stiggers (Beautiful, Broadway), Virginia Cavaliere (Todrick Hall's "Behind The Curtain") Megan MacPhee (UnBalanced), Chris Frigo ("Law & Order, SVU"), & Tiffany Stonebrook (A Chorus Line, Paramount).

Tasting Notes, a comedic short, is centered around Beth & Daniel, who gather their wedding party together to enjoy a sophisticated evening of wine tastings for their upcoming nuptials. Things escalate when one guest, Cathy Jo, (Beth's cousin from Florida) decides to take the party in a whole new direction.
