Actress Marion Cotillard is starring in an upcoming comedic film, directed by veteran Dior filmmaker, John Cameron Mitchell, entitled L.A.dy DIOR.

According to livejournal.com, the film was inspired by a 1973 short film by famed fashion photographer Richard Avedon that starred model Lauren Hutton.  The new Dior film features Marion as a young Hollywood movie-star, frolicking pool-side for a Dior TV commercial. She looks like a 'Dior Lady' wearing signature oversized sunglasses and a floppy hat.

A teaser for the film has just been released showing footage which is sliced into quick frames.  In addition, a trailer which show the making of the film has also been released.  The full film will be released today.
