Marc Webb directed Joseph Gordon-Levitt and Zooey Deschanel in this dance video - which is totally independent from (500) DAYS OF SUMMER - about romance amidst a bank heist. Zooey gives a brief introduction. Watch and enjoy it right here on STAGE TUBE!

The actors perform a witty dance number set to the music of She & Him, the music act of Deschanel and indie singer M. Ward. The song is titled 'Why Do You Let Me Stay Here' and the number shows off that both actors can "cut a rug." Deschanel and Gordon-Levitt revealed to USA TODAY they hope to team up repeatedly and have aspirations of being a regular screen couple, like Fred Astaire and Ginger Rogers or Spencer Tracy and Katharine Hepburn.

Zooey Deschanel is said to be a contender for the female lead in the much rumored Broadway revival of Neil Simon's musical Promises, Promises.

Promises, Promises is a Broadway musical comedy based on the film The Apartment by Billy Wilder. The music is by Burt Bacharach, lyrics by Hal David, and book by Neil Simon. Musical numbers were staged and choreographed by Michael Bennett.

(500) Days of Summer is a 2009 United States romantic comedy film. It is directed by Marc Webb, produced by Mark Waters, and stars Joseph Gordon-Levitt and Zooey Deschanel. This is Gordon-Levitt and Deschanel's second movie together (following Manic). Principal photography began in April 2008 in Los Angeles, California. The film opened in US limited release on July 17, 2009, and will be released in Australia on September 17, 2009.
