Learn a step-by-step pragmatic guide to the rules, regulations, and strategies for mounting readings, showcases, and workshops through this new, one day program.

Developing material is a critical aspect of theatre production. We will provide participants with the essential skills to most effectively produce showcases, readings, and workshops, by covering such topics as:

Labor agreements
Budgeting
Securing a venue
Casting strategies
Marketing
Applying for festivals

Panelists include David Richards, Erika Feldman, Paul Davis, Fran Kirmser, Hugh Hysell, Joe Trentacosta, Elena Holy, Isaac Hurwitz, Kathy Evans, and others.
