Earlier this week, fresh off of the announcement of the New York premiere of Be More Chill, the musical’s Larson Award-winning composer/lyricist  Joe Iconis (Be More Chill, Broadway Bounty Hunter, The Black Suits, and his songs for Smash)and one of its beloved Drama Desk-nominated actors George Salazar (Be More Chill, Lightning Thief, Godspell, and tick tick BOOM) took to the stage at Feinstein’s/54 Below in “Two Player Game.” Fans from near and far came to see George perform some Joe Iconis showstoppers he has originated on stage, songs he’d never get to sing, brand new material from upcoming musicals.

After the show, Dear Evan Hansen’s Will Roland, recently announced to star with George in Be More Chill this summer,  met with Iconis, Salazer and Feinstein's/54 Below Creative and Programming Director Jennifer Ashley Tepper backstage.

Feinstein's/54 Below presents “Two Player Game,” an evening featuring the songs of Joe Iconis, as performed by George Salazar. The two have collaborated on several musicals in the past, and here you'll get a chance to see George share showstoppers he has originated on stage, songs he'd never get to sing, brand new material from upcoming musicals, and more. Expect a rock-and-roll evening of hilarious characters, soaring vocals, and the unstoppable energy of two artists on the rise on stage all by themselves. Fans have two more chances to catch "Two Player Game" at Feinstein's/54 Below: May 14 at 9:30PM & 31 at 7PM.
