The Tony Awards Administration Committee met on March 31 for the third time this season to decide the eligibility of Broadway productions for the American Theatre Wing's 2011 Tony Awards®, presented by The Broadway League and the American Theatre Wing. This year's Tony nominations will be announced on May 3. The 65th annual Tony Awards ceremony takes place on Sunday, June 12, 2011, broadcast on CBS.

The Committee considered three shows at this meeting from among the Broadway productions that opened this winter. The shows considered are, in opening-night order: Good People, That Championship Season, and Arcadia. The Committee announced the following:

Frances McDormand will be considered eligible in the category of Best Performance by an Actress in a Leading Role in a Play for her performance in Good People.

Jim Gaffigan, Chris Noth, Jason Patric and Kiefer Sutherland will all be considered eligible in the category of Best Performance by an Actor in a Featured Role in a Play for their respective performances in That Championship Season.

All other decisions were consistent with the opening night credits.

A fourth and final meeting will take place this spring.
