Natalie Toro, Christine Pedi, Janine Divita and More Set for BROADWAY BALLYHOO, 8/2
The Broadway Ballyhoo careens into its 9th smash month at Feinstein's at Loew's Regency. This week's August 2nd cast will feature Natalie Toro, along with Drama Desk Nominee Christine Pedi, currently starring in Newsical the Musical (she is also a popular radio personality on Sirius Radio), Janine DiVita (Anything Goes, and soon to star in Edwin Drood on Broadway in the fall), and Broadway rising star Felipe Tovalaro. As always, the Broadway Ballyhoo will have its surprises, as well.
Produced and hosted by Scott Siegel (Broadway by the Year, Broadway Unplugged, Nightlife Awards), the Thursday, 11 PM show continues to draw hot and happy—and starry—audiences. Among those who have come to see these shows are Liza Minnnelli, Angela Bassett, Kim Cattrall, Keith David, Dr. Cornell West, Lisa Lampanelli, Starr Jones, Clive Davis (Sony Records), and, of course, Michael Feinstein (many times).
The popular late show has brought back the concept of post theater entertainment in this inexpensive concert series—just a $25 music charge for premium seats, and just a $15 music charge for general admission. [Music Charge is $25 at the door for all seats. One drink minimum.]
