MCNY Presents the 8th Annual International Short Film Festival

The theme for the MCNY 8th Annual International Short Film Festival this year is "Think Globally, Film Locally" highlighting local films and stories from around the world. The event includes a moderated movie industry and filmmakers panel, followed by the screening of the selected short films. The festival, which grew out a classroom project, has crystallized into a platform for burgeoning filmmakers and provides real time project management experience for the school's media management students.

The Festival will be held on Friday, April 7, 2017. 5PM-9PM at the new location MCNY - 60 West Street, New York, NY 10006 on the corner of West and Rector Streets.

Metropolitan College of New York was founded in 1964 by educational pioneer Audrey Cohen, Metropolitan College of New York has been dedicated to helping students achieve their academic dreams for over 50 years. The only one of its kind in the country, the one-year ACBSP accredited Master of Business Administration in Media Management at MCNY is a unique Purpose Centered Education program geared towards achievement-oriented, media professionals.
